User Agreements 1. In no event The Absolute Suite is liable for any special or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use of The Absolute Suite and everything related to The Absolute Suite, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 2. It is illegal to purchase, sell, posses, or have control of any controlled substance and therefore in no event The Absolute Suite is liable for any special or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use, possession, or control of any controlled substance by renter and others during their stay in The Absolute Suite. 3. In no event The Absolute Suite is liable for any object, in ownership by renter, reported missing or left behind. 4. Renter is liable for all damages brought to The Absolute Suite and everything related to The Absolute Suite during renters stay. 5. Renter is liable for all objects that are in ownership of The Absolute Suite and reported missing after renters stay in The Absolute Suite. 6. Reservations must be paid in advance! 7. Cancellation. When cancellation finds place, within 10 days in advance of the booking, we will charge 25% of the amount that was supposed to be paid. When cancellation finds place, within 7 days in advance of the booking, we will charge 50% of the amount that was supposed to be paid. When cancellation finds place, in 24 hours or less or no cancellation at all, we will charge 100% of the amount that was supposed to be paid. 8. The Absolute Suite is not available for prostitution purposes  Huisregels 1.De directie van de Absolute Suite is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade die direct of indirect is aangebracht door het gebruik van artikelen die gerelateerd zijn met de Absolute Suite. 2.Het is illegaal om drugs aan te schaffen of in het bezit te zijn van drugs. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de daardoor ontstane schade die direct of indirect met de Absolute Suite te maken hebben 3.In geen geval zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor het achterlaten of het vergeten van objecten door de huurders van de Absolute Suite. 4.U bent als huurder van de Absolute Suite verantwoordelijk voor de staat waarin u het appartement en voor de daarin gevestigde spullen achterlaat. 5.U bent als huurder van de Absolute Suite verantwoordelijk voor alle objecten die na u verblijf als missende gerapporteerd worden. 6.Reserveringen moeten vooraf worden betaald. 7.Afzeggingen. Wij rekenen 25% van het afgesproken bedrag bij een afzegging binnen 10 dagen. Wij rekenen 50% van het afgesproken bedrag bij een afzegging binnen 1 week. Wij rekenen 100% van het afgesproken bedrag bij een afzegging binnen 24 uur of bij geen enkele afzegging 8. Prostitutie is niet toegestaan
